Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: provision of false or misleading registration information, underage gambling, fraudulent payment activity, multi-accounting, attempted platform manipulation, and breach of responsible gaming commitments. In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at jilee's discretion after the completion of all pending verification and investigation procedures. Any dispute arising from the use of a third-party service must be resolved directly with the relevant third party, except where jilee's own platform is the proximate cause of the issue. jilee will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your interaction with or reliance on third-party services connected to the platform. If you encounter any third-party link or integration on the platform that appears harmful or inappropriate, please report it to our customer support team immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your account, or your use of the jilee platform shall first be submitted to jilee's customer support team for informal resolution, and both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause limits jilee's right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on jilee.win, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilee with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
